Teach Jesus

SHARE THE 3 O'CLOCK CHALLENGE
It is so easy to teach about God's love and mercy especially when people are hurting, confused or unsure what to do in life. God is there waiting to shower His love on the contrite (sorrowful) heart and those who trust in Him. We are called to go out into the world and be disciples. We can bring God's peace and love to the people by simply telling them about the hour Jesus died and encouraging them to set an alarm and pray. God can change the world through us if we simply say yes Lord.

Godly Example

PRAY WHERE EVER YOU ARE
When we pray at 3:00pm and our alarm goes off where ever we are and we choose to love God above all and pray right in front of others, we are witnessing our Love for God by our actions. We are proving by what we do that God is first. Like many people say, "talk is cheap". We can say we love God, and put Him first, but if we don't put Him first in our actions, how much faith do we really have?

Go to the People

DON'T WAIT FOR THE PEOPLE - GO TO THEM
Going out to the people and bring them to the light (Jesus), is what the gospel claims we should do. "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19-20). We should listen to God's word. We can go out right in our own neighborhoods and bring God's divine mercy and healing.

Some other faiths go door to door with the hopes of converting others. We can learn from them. Most of the time, they are rejected and turned away because people don't want to change their faith, don't want to talk about some other religion or are aggravated that they have even showed up at their door; then there are some that have issues of pride and simply want to prove their faith is correct. Well, we don't want to argue, that isn't love. And if all of the other things the others have done aren't working, lets not do that; lets do something different. Yes, go door to door, like Jesus said, but don't "try" to convert anyone. Just love people. "Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth" (1 John 3:18). Ask them how they are doing and offer them right there to pray for their needs. It can be silent prayer or vocal prayer...but simply praying and loving is proclaiming the gospel which is love.

Find a common ground; and that common ground Jesus. By offering people the Divine Mercy image of Jesus with a 3 o'clock Challenge sticker on the back asking them to pray at the hour of God's death, and right then and there encouraging them to set an alarm on their phone; this (God) will transform lives. Speaking about God's great mercy and healing that comes at the hour of His death, will bring joy into the lives of God's people and then they will want to convert after they feel the healing love of Jesus. Then return at a later date (because we must have patience endurance) with a 3 o'challenge reminder and hang it on their door with your church information on the back. Now they will be much more open to exploring your faith.
